Description: The Bull Shark (Carcharhinus leucas) is a fascinating predator that can be found in tropical and subtropical waters around the world. Measuring up to 350 cm in length and weighing around 230 kilograms, it is one of the most imposing shark species. Bull sharks have a low flight distance and often swim confidently towards divers. They feed on a variety of prey, including molluscs, rays, crabs, and even other sharks. A unique feature of the Bull Shark is its ability to survive in freshwater, making it a formidable predator in lakes and rivers in Africa, Central and South America.
