Description: The majestic Bull Sharks (Carcharhinus leucas) patrol the Shark Beach of Walker's Cay, one of the 700 islands in the Bahamas. These dangerous predators are often seen in pairs, but occasionally a group of up to 20 individuals can be observed. Bull Sharks are known to inhabit freshwater as well and are found in tropical waters worldwide. Divers should exercise caution as these impressive creatures have a short flight distance and boldly approach. Their main diet includes mollusks, rays, crabs, bony fish, and other sharks.
