Stormy Sea at the Southern Tip of Africa

Description: The stormy sea at the Southern Tip of Africa is notorious for sudden gale-force storms with high waves. During numerous visits, I have encountered storms with waves reaching up to eight meters. Sometimes, I had to wait for up to 10 days until the storm subsided and it was safe to venture out. The waters around Cape Agulhas are incredibly rich in fish, but due to the rugged coastline and numerous reefs, they pose a significant danger to maritime activities. Since the 17th century, an estimated 140 sunken ships rest in the 'Graveyard of Ships'.
