Description: A majestic Silvertip shark, scientifically known as Carcharhinus albimarginatus, calmly glides through the water. Divers watch in awe as the shark with its distinctive white fin tips and edges moves through the deep blue waters of Shark Reef in the Beqa Lagoon, Fiji. Silvertip sharks are impressive marine creatures that reach an average length of 200 cm to 250 cm and can grow up to 300 cm long.
