Description: The southern tip of Africa, specifically Cape Agulhas, is infamous for its violent storms with high waves. This photo captures the agitated sea surface during one of these storms. The waters around the Cape are abundant in fish and are considered challenging for navigation due to the treacherous coastline. Since the 17th century, numerous ships have met their demise here, earning the region the moniker "Graveyard of Ships".
