Description: The impressive brown bear (Ursus arctos horribilis) battles in a strong current to catch a salmon. It is late autumn and nature is illuminated in the warm colors of fall foliage. Despite his relentless efforts, the bear remains unsuccessful as the time of plenty is over. The salmon run has ended weeks ago and the salmon will only return in abundance next year.
