Description: The Bull Shark (Carcharhinus leucas) is a fascinating and powerful species of shark that thrives in tropical and subtropical waters worldwide. These predators can grow up to 350 cm in length and weigh around 230 kilograms. One of their most remarkable traits is their ability to adapt to freshwater environments, making them a unique presence in lakes and rivers like Zambezi, Mississippi, Amazonas, Nicaragua, and Lake Ysabel. Their bold behavior of approaching divers directly adds to their allure. Bull Sharks feed on a variety of prey including molluscs, rays, crustaceans, bony fish, and even other sharks.
