Description: The Bull Sharks, also known as Carcharhinus leucas, are fascinating marine creatures. Explore two Bull Sharks foraging for food near the beach of Walker's Cay, the northernmost of the Bahamas. These sharks are usually seen in pairs, but there have been sightings of groups of up to 20 individuals. The Bull Shark is considered one of the dangerous shark species and has the unique ability to survive in freshwater. They can be found in tropical waters as well as lakes and rivers in Africa, Central, and South America. With an impressive length of up to 350 cm and a weight of about 230 kg, Bull Sharks are remarkable predators that feed on a variety of prey.
