Description: The Japan-Center in Frankfurt am Main is an architectural gem: The 114-meter-tall skyscraper with 29 floors was completed in September 1996 and is characterized by its red granite cladding. With 2100 square meters of office space and a construction period of 2.5 years, it is a prominent landmark of the city. The unique shape is reminiscent of a traditional stone lantern from Far Eastern gardens and temples.
