Description: The Japan-Center in Frankfurt is an impressive high-rise building clad in red granite. With 29 floors, 2100 square meters of office space, and a height of 114 meters, it stands out in the city. Completed in September 1996 after a construction period of 2.5 years, the Japan-Center is a defining feature of Frankfurt's skyline. The captivating architecture of the building in Eastern style resembles a stone lantern seen in gardens and temples of the Far East. The silver-gray nails on the facade and the extensively projecting roof, illuminated from below at night, give the building a unique aesthetic.
