With an office space of 52,700 square meters, 63 floors, and a height of 258.74 meters (298.74 meters with antenna), the skyscraper is a prominent landmark in the city. The construction took three years and was completed in 1997. Over 2000 people work in the offices of the building. A special feature of the structure is the three gardens on different floors, showcasing plants from various climate zones, including impressive trees up to nine meters high. The renowned architect Sir Norman Foster is responsible for this masterpiece.
