This impressive portrait showcases a young cheetah in captivity at the Hoedspruit Research & Breeding Centre in the Kapama Private Game Reserve. With its long legs, the cheetah is the fastest land mammal and a symbol of grace and speed. The center not only houses bred cheetahs, but also cares for injured or rescued animals brought in by farmers, with the ultimate goal of releasing them back into the wild.
