Description: The whitetip reef shark (Triaenodon obesus) is a fascinating inhabitant of the waters of Fiji. With a maximum length of about 200 cm and its gray-brown base color, it is easy to recognize. Particularly striking are the white tips on its first dorsal fin and the tail fin.
