A distinctive feature of the bull shark is its ability to live in freshwater. In Africa and Central and South America, it is found far inland in lakes and rivers (Zambezi, Mississippi, Amazon, Nicaragua, and Ysabel). The bull shark inhabits tropical and subtropical waters worldwide. It has a short flight distance and confidently swims directly towards a diver. Bull sharks can grow up to 350 cm in length and weigh around 230 kilograms. They feed on mollusks, rays, crabs, bony fish, and other sharks.
